Hi, I'm Julian – a designer and project manager with experience across the German-speaking region and Japan.
I work at the intersection of design, product strategy, and technical implementation, with a background spanning UI/UX, web design, and product development – across different working cultures and in German, English, and Japanese.
In practice: requirements definition, user flows, and roadmap planning on the conceptual side; Figma and HTML/CSS on the execution side. I use GA4 and BigQuery to ground design decisions in data. Through LLMs and agentic coding, I now build full applications – and in my own projects, I own the entire process from requirements to deployment.
Outside of work, I enjoy photography, reading, and working on personal projects – often at the intersection of the same things that interest me professionally.
